1. What is your dental lab service?
   – We have full services for dentists, dental clinics and labs with: Dental 3D design and Dental Restoration. Especially, we have OEM services.
   
2. How do I write a dental lab order?
   You can order by 3 ways:
   – Submitting a contact form and we will support you via email.
   – Submitting the online Rx form and verifying to proceed with the work.
   – Ordering via our dental portal – management application by signing up and submitting the order, all you have to do is fill in the form and press “Send”
3. Do you have a price list?
   -We have a retail price list for small businesses and a wholesale level-rank price list for corporates.
4. How do I write a dental lab order?

   -We cooperate with high-quality material distributors who have many years of experience in the dental industry to bring the highest production efficiency and product quality such as Zirconia (Aidite, China), E.max (US), Lava (US), Cercon (Germany), Orodent (Italy), Titan, Chrome, Cobalt, etc.

   -We use E.max press and have warranty (warranty card of E.max press)

   – We use safe materials according to CE, FDA and ISO standards

   – Yes, we have FDA for all of our materials

   – Of course we are always studying carefully products. Our expertise focuses on creating functional restorations and ensure aesthetics

What is your warranty policy?
– Our warranty policy is 1-to-1 exchange if its our errors. You must send photos and videos of the defective product to us and we will check. If the defect is due to our production process, we will redo for you.
