Our standard turnaround time is within 8 working hours after receiving complete case data (STL/PLY + Rx + notes). Complex or full-arch cases may take up to 12 hours. We also offer Express options for urgent cases — simply mark your email with “RUSH.”
We design in both Exocad and 3Shape, and we can match the version you’re currently using. Output files can include STL, PLY, or XML formats, along with design reports or PDFs upon request.
Every case goes through a two-stage QC process — before and after design export. We verify margin clarity, occlusion, contact points, and connector strength. Each file is reviewed by senior technicians prior to delivery to maintain consistency across all restorations.
All file exchanges are conducted through encrypted channels such as secure email, WeTransfer Pro, or our dedicated client portal. Case data is stored temporarily for production tracking and then safely archived or deleted upon client request.
Minor adjustments (e.g., contact or occlusion tweaks) are provided free of charge within the processing window. For major redesigns or additional requests, we’ll review the case and confirm a new quote before proceeding — transparency first, always.
